Booth Setup & Exhibition Layout

This configuration utilizes the combined footprint of the conference suite to create a professional vendor floor:

  • Central Exhibition Rows: The layout features three long, parallel rows of vendor tables in the center of the room, providing double-sided access for attendees.
  • Perimeter Booths: Additional tables line the interior walls, ensuring every square foot of the 4,050 SQF space is utilized for displays.
  • Support Infrastructure: The layout maintains clear access to the Hospitality Suite (Room 127), which includes a kitchenette and prep area for catering or vendor breaks.
  • Flow and Access: Multiple entry and exit points are maintained around the perimeter to prevent bottlenecks during high-attendance events like job fairs or community expos.

  • Triple Suite (Full Complex): Combines all three sections for a total of 4,050 SQF. This configuration is best suited for large-scale conferences, fundraisers, and formal banquets. Pricing: Available for a comprehensive all-day rate of $600.
